Barclay Thompson, Managing Director
Barclay is a seasoned entrepreneur experienced in establishing and developing his own businesses into profitable ventures and significantly improving the efficiency and profitability of other businesses through consultancy.
He was the Managing Director and sole owner of the highly innovative, holographic products manufacturers, AH Prismatic, from 1980 to 1998. During that time he grew the company, from a start-up to an international business, with global sales of over £3 million pa and offices in Brighton, New York and San Francisco.
Since 1998, Barclay has applied his experience to help businesses grow and become more profitable. He has extensive experience in supporting creative, technology and innovative businesses and has a detailed knowledge of the creative sector.
Barclay is also a guitarist in local r n' b flavoured covers band, The Cadillacs, and they can be see performing at local venues such as The Joogleberry Playhouse, as well as being regulars for the Brighton Media Centre Christmas Party.
